What's your warranty policy?
Vortex corporation will, without charge, offer replacement for defective parts which is caused by product quality in one year. Lifelong service is offered with cost charge after one year.
Do you provide guidance on mixer installation?
Yes, we’ll provide the full installation & installation instruction manual along with shipment, we could also send engineers for installation.
Do you provide spare parts along with machine?
Yes, we’ll provide sealing ring and other easily-worn spare parts.
