Vertical Ribbon Mixer

Vortex vertical ribbon mixer is widely used to mix/dry materials in food, chemical, bakery, flour, pharmaceutical, etc. industries.

Vertical mixer contains conical ribbon mixer and straight barrel ribbon mixer, both feature no discharge residue, easy to clean. Horizontal ribbon/plough/paddle mixer couldn’t discharge totally and thoroughly, they will affect mixing or drying efficiency and result after a period if don’t clean the bottom, while vertical ribbon mixer won’t have this problem.

The only weakness of vertical mixer is that it is higher than horizontal ribbon/plough/paddle mixer, customer need to consider the height of workshop when choosing large size vertical ribbon mixer.
